US Only: All originals, customs, and framed prints can only be shipped domestically within the United States at this time. In stock items are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise on product page. Customer will receive tracking information once item is shipped. For custom pieces, customer will be notified of approximate preparation and delivery time with initial consultation and deposit.

US/International: All prints, journals, books, stationary items, and merchandise are printed on demand and can take 7-10 days to be printed and shipped. Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information. International shipping orders can take up to 28 days to be received by customer. Customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive.

International: Local customs and immigration agencies determine duties and taxes for international packages. Therefore, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges may not be included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. There may be additional charges due to your country’s customs policy. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Serena Rose Creates LLC does not except returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind, even if package is lost during the shipping process or if the customer submits an incorrect shipping address during checkout. All sales are final for all originals, customs, and printed framed prints.

If your order was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, Serena Rose Creates LLC will assist you. Please contact us at studio@serenarosecreates.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
