US Only: All originals, customs, and framed prints can only be shipped domestically within the United States at this time. In stock items are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 7-10 business days unless stated otherwise on product page or if express shipping is selected. Customer will receive tracking information once item is shipped. For custom pieces, customer will be notified of approximate preparation and delivery time with initial consultation and deposit.

US/International: All prints, journals, books, stationary items, and merchandise are printed on demand and can take 7-10 days to be printed and shipped. Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information. International shipping orders can take up to 28 days to be received by customer. Customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive.

International: Local customs and immigration agencies determine duties and taxes for international packages. Therefore, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges may not be included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. There may be additional charges due to your country’s customs policy. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

**If the tracking number of the customer’s order displays as delivered but the package has not arrived, contact the local post office with the tracking number. If item is lost in the mail due to the fault of the postal service, no refund will be given. 

**Serena Rose Creates LLC uses multiple print on demand providers. Therefore, there may be two or more shipping costs at the checkout depending on your order. I apologize in advance for this as I wish I could home all of my inventory myself and decrease shipping costs.

Serena Rose Creates LLC does not except returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind, even if package is lost during the shipping process or if the customer submits an incorrect shipping address during checkout. All sales are final.

If the order is supplied by a print on demand service (such as books, journals, stationary pieces, prints, canvas prints, merchandise, etc.) and there were issues with your order, please contact us at studio@serenarosecreates with your order information.

If your order was lost in the mail, due to postal service or buyer error, no refund or replacement will be issued.

If your item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, Serena Rose Creates LLC will assist you. Please contact us at studio@serenarosecreates.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.

We partner with print on demand services that try to fufill orders as close to the destination as possible. This helps reduce the emissions created from production and shipping!
