Refund policy

Serena Rose Creates LLC does not except returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind, even if package is lost during the shipping process or if the customer submits an incorrect shipping address during checkout. All sales are final.

If your order was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, Serena Rose Creates LLC will assist you. Please contact us at studio@serenarosecreates.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period (applies only for items shipped from print on demand services to the EU - does not apply to customs, originals, or US only items)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
